From Home Studio to Professional Studio
FP Music Production was born from a simple belief: good music can be made anywhere — even from a city at the far edge of Indonesia called Denpasar.
Fardian started his journey recording music in a boarding-house room while studying at ISI Bali. With one laptop, a budget audio interface, and a pair of monitoring earphones, he began taking on small projects for musician friends nearby. The output wasn't on par with a big studio yet — but the approach was different: he listened, he collaborated, and he didn't stop until the client was satisfied.

Fardian is a composer and audio engineer based in Denpasar, Bali. A graduate of Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Bali with a background in music composition, he has continued deepening his craft through formal training: a masterclass with Agus Hardiman (Artsonica) in 2020, an official Steinberg Certified Masterclass in Indonesia (2021–2022), and intensive mixing & mastering training at Polarity Audio in 2024.
His body of work spans a wide spectrum — from commercial music for national brands to experimental work with Saodor Ensemble, a music collective blending Indonesia's oral traditions with contemporary audio technology, which has performed at several international festivals.
Beyond his industry work, Fardian also shares his expertise as a course instructor at FP Music Production — teaching music production with the same approach he brings to his own work: technical, collaborative, and always outcome-driven.

The space is built with acoustic treatment — rockwool absorber panels, corner bass traps, and diffusers — to ensure accurate monitoring and clean vocal and instrument recordings. Beyond FP Music Production, Fardian is also active as a sound artist and composer with Sanggar Indonesia Istimewa and Saodor Ensemble — two projects exploring Indonesia's oral music traditions through a contemporary and electroacoustic lens. The work under these two banners sits in a different context from FP Music Production's commercial services, but enriches it artistically.
