Are the package prices final?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Essentials (Rp 2 million/song Mix+Master), Professional (Rp 6 million/project), and Premium (starting Rp 15 million) prices are guide rates for Creator Tier projects (indie/personal). Commercial projects — brands, agencies, corporates — have different rates that include usage rights. If there are extras like additional tracks, live instruments, or special formats, we'll discuss the added cost transparently before starting.

How much does mixing and mastering cost?

Accepted Answer

Mastering only starts at Rp 600,000/song. The Mix+Master package (Essentials tier) is Rp 2,000,000/song, including 2 revisions. Mixing Only (no mastering, up to 48 tracks) is Rp 1,500,000/song — EP (5 songs) Rp 6,500,000, album (10 songs) Rp 12,000,000. These rates apply to the Creator Tier (indie/personal) — commercial/brand Mix+Master rates are listed in the table (Rp 2,800,000 per single).

How does payment and deposit work?

Accepted Answer

Our standard: 50% deposit upfront to start the project, remaining 50% before final files are delivered. For projects under Rp 1 million, full payment upfront is also an option. Bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BRI) and QRIS are available.

Question 4

When does the rush fee apply?

Accepted Answer

A +30% rush fee applies to projects that need delivery within 72 hours or less than our standard timeline. We'll confirm rush slot availability before agreeing to it.

Question 5

Can I pay in installments?

Accepted Answer

For Professional and Premium packages (Rp 6 million and up), a 3-installment plan is available: 40% upfront, 30% mid-project, 30% before delivery. Contact us to arrange an installment plan.

Question 6

Is there a discount for regular or long-term projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Clients who work with us on more than 3 projects within 6 months get a 10–15% discount depending on volume. We also have a retainer program for brands and agencies that need regular music production.

Question 7

What happens if a project is cancelled after it starts?

Accepted Answer

The deposit is non-refundable if a project is cancelled after production has started. For cancellations before production begins (within 48 hours), the deposit is fully refunded. This protects the time and resources already allocated.

Question 8

Do I get full copyright over the music produced?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for all custom production packages (not non-exclusive beat licenses). Once payment is settled, copyright is fully transferred to the client with a simple agreement letter.

Question 9

How much for vocal mixing only, without full production?

Accepted Answer

Mixing Only (1 song, max 48 tracks) is Rp 1,500,000. If you also want mastering, the Mix+Master package is Rp 2,000,000/song (Essentials tier), including 2 revisions.

Question 10

I already have an amateur demo recording (melody & lyrics are done) — can you re-produce it professionally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An amateur demo is a great starting point — we use it as a reference for re-recording, re-arranging, and full production (Original Song / Full Production, Rp 6–8 million Creator tier). Any genre, including alternative and pop rock.

Question 11

Do you offer orchestral score or notation transcription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We transcribe audio recordings into a full orchestral score (full score + individual instrument parts). Pricing is by consultation since it depends on the number of instruments and duration — send a sample for an estimate.

Question 12

Can you remove the vocals from my recording to create an instrumental version?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with one caveat: results are best when we have the original multitrack/stems. From a stereo mix (e.g. a phone recording), the instrumental result may still have a faint vocal residue due to the limits of audio separation technology — we'll set expectations before starting. Pricing is by consultation after we check a sample.

Do you arrange choir/choral accompaniment music?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this falls under MIDI/Virtual Arrangement (starting at Rp 3,500,000), with the final price adjusted for the number of voice parts (SATB) and vocal part complexity.

Do you offer dubbing and recording — how much per hour?

Accepted Answer

Recording + Engineer is Rp 400,000/hour (2-hour minimum), which covers ADR/dubbing/dialogue re-recording. Room rental only (bring your own engineer) is Rp 250,000/hour.
