Do I need any prior music experience?

Not at all for the Beginner class. We start from zero — no need to read sheet music or play an instrument. What matters is that you're curious and willing to learn.

What software is used?

We use Ableton Live as the main DAW. If you already use FL Studio or Logic Pro, we can adapt the curriculum. Ableton is available at the studio — you don't need to buy it before starting the course.

Can I learn online/remotely?

Yes. Beginner, Mixing & Mastering, and Custom Private are available online via Zoom with screen-share, with the same structured curriculum and direct project feedback as in-person sessions. The Intensive Workshop remains in-person only, since it's built around hands-on studio time.

How long does it take to complete the 8 sessions?

Flexible. You can do 2 sessions/week (finish in 1 month) or 1 session/week (2 months). The schedule is adjusted to your availability and the studio's.

Is there a guarantee I'll be able to produce on my own after the course?

We can't guarantee results since outcomes depend on your dedication to learning. But we do guarantee a structured curriculum, an experienced instructor, and support throughout the learning process. Committed alumni are always able to produce independently after finishing.

Is there a certificate?

Yes, we issue a Course Completion Certificate from FP Music Production once you complete all sessions and submit your final project.

Can school-age kids take the course?

Yes, starting from age 14. For participants under 18, a parent needs to attend the first session for orientation.

What makes this course different from online courses on YouTube?

YouTube gives you information, not skill. Here you get real-time feedback on your own project, immediate correction when something's wrong, and a curriculum that's sequential and structured — not jumping between topics.
